High Speed Rail in Yunnan

Does anyone have any current information on plans for high speed rail in Yunnan?

So, the lines that I am 100% sure of are these:

Kunming <> Changsha (via Guiyang) <<completed 2016
Kunming <> Nanning (via Baise) <<under construction

The following lines I've only heard rumors of or read about once but can't find more reliable or up-to-date information.

Kunming <> Bangkok (and then to Kuala Lumpur & Singapore later)
Kunming <> Dhaka (via Baoshan)
Kunming <> Chengdu (via Panzhihua, Xichang, etc.)
Kunming <> Lhasa (via Dali, Lijiang, etc.)

The last two I've only heard of via word-of-mouth but haven't seen anything specific anywhere, so I'm not sure if they're actually in the plans or not.

Any legitimate knowledge or resources on any of these would be greatly appreciated.

Here is an article from Shanghai Expat which states that construction on HSR from Kunming to Bangkok could start soon.

Quote:
China-To-Thailand High Speed Railway To Start Construction Early Next Year

In an effort to facilitate tourism between China and Thailand, transport authorities will start construction on a high-speed railway connecting Kunming with Bangkok early next year. The 873-km long railway will also pass through Laos and attain speeds of up to 250 kilometers per hour. It is slated to be completed in approximately five years.

Here is a list of a lot of planned projects throughout Yunnan Province over the next 10-15 years, including various intercity HSR projects.
