I have no idea, but are there rules on what angle the diagrams need to be showing? Meaning, can the diagram show a diagonal, or just head on/profile? This one looks great, but I also think it would look great to highlight how this is only about 30' wide.

I don't believe there are any rules on what angle the diagram needs to be shown at. Drawings just need to be elevation-style and an original work (no tracing a picture or taking an image and converting it to GIF format) I usually draw the diagrams as multi-dimensional for the challenge, but it's not required. I like to pick the angle that I feel best represents the building as a whole, or the one that seems like it'd be the most fun to draw.

This one actually started out as single-sided, but I gave in and changed it prior to adding any colors/shading/lighting/etc.

Interesting how the black lobby portion of the facade isn't perfectly lined up with the rest of the building. Surely one or the other is perfectly parallel with Congress Ave, but I'm curious why it isn't all like that? Perhaps just a design feature of the lobby to be a bit tapered?

Yeah it looks like it's a design choice. Both street facing sides of the lobby are angled. Here is the corner from street view:

I think that was done to preserve the view of the State Theater's historic marquee.
