Those uneven balconies are indeed unfortunate. They look like mistakes on an otherwise well-designed, well-proportioned building. Like most other permanent flaws, though, the perceived effect of them will likely diminish over time.

The developer has stated they had to have uneven floors because the building has seperate condo boards or something to this effect.

Possibly something to do with different mechanical levels required for different functions.


And yes, you have multi-floor loft units scattered throughout the building

Taken today (photo dump). I believe the 79th floor has officially been poured, so they are technically working on the (80th) mechanical level now. I expect it to be a while before we seen the roofline constructed.

This was probably my favorite proposed building in Toronto but im unimpressed...i just expected better.
