At first I thought the colors were too erratic but those bold colors really pop, especially against all the mundane concrete low rises that surround campus. You really see the dIfference driving down I-95South right before the Girard exit.

It turned out just like the rendering, which is very nice. It is very modern, European style.

Why does this building appear to be in the middle of nowhere?

They spent $150million, couldn't they have at least buried the overhead wires that run through the property?

Its right next to Temple University. Basically if you step foot off of Temple University you are in the middle of nowhere. No where safe that is. Temple has been building the area up, but there is a long way to go and its getting tougher with the recent financial troubles that Temple finds itself in.

It's on a college campus in the middle of a large empty lot that once featured a high school and athletic field. There are some rather tall buildings - for a non-downtown area - a couple blocks away. This one really looks nice from a few different spots on Temple's campus.

You can see this building from the Ben Franklin Bridge upon entering Philly.

The exterior of the project is complete and can be moved to the Completed Projects Thread.
