i took a few walks around work to waterline square, the unsung hudson yards-like development, midtown and elsewhere -- and you can see what’s up this fall -- enjoy!

Thank you for this look at recent developments in the city. Unfortunately, I think many of the new buildings are not succeeding in being attractive and striking at the same time.

yeah bx is up!

the bronx pics are both south bx area -- one is the massive la central project in melrose. it's over half built and has two more of the largest towers to go:

the other quick pic is the new deegan towers in the southernmost bx/mott haven/piano district. more to come around that hot area too:
