The city name is basically irrelevant on mail. The critical pieces of information are postal code followed by exact destination within that code. As long as those are present and correct, you can write gibberish for the rest and it'll make it.

The station drops passengers off in the far east end of the lot behind the majority of stores, restaurants and the cinemas (yes theres an entrance to Gloucester centre but I would bet the cinema, restaurants, chapters are much more of a draw than the actual "mall". It's up to everyone to march 400-500m through parking lots to get to the movie theater or whatnot for dinner and a movie. I wish the LRT would've gone more in the middle of the development (not at the edge just cuddling the 417) - oh well...
My friend works at the Gloucester WalMart. He has to be there before opening hours, when the WalMart doors in the Gloucester mall are still closed.
From the Blair transitway station, he has to walk outside around the whole mall, to reach the WalMart front entrance.
Quite a long unpleasant early morning walk, with wind/rain/snow on occasion. As if all was designed to inconvenience the user.
(and where would you park a bike if you had to?)

I might be wrong, but I think the Cinema, Chapater and a few stores/restaurants were built after the Transitway.

Isn't that more of a problem with Walmart not making one of the three exits that face the transit station available to employees?

Some would argue that Ontario's expanded rental control would dampen rental proposals.. at least this is one is going ahead.

(Sorry for above, I have no idea what I was trying to say, forgive me, it's really late here).

Coming in 2019

Pics or it didnt happen?

Also, Im still in love with this development. Taking a dying big box mall and turning it into residences with the commerical aspect. This should be what all new big box malls are.

Are they starting Phase 2? Their original plans were to keep the stores on the west side of the property open during Phase 1, but it looks like they've demolished them.

Maybe they were having a tough time leasing those stores.

Sidenote: I suspect South Keys will be presenting plans to redevelop the 3 stores between the Walmart and the movie theatre... those stores are always going out of business, and 2 / 3 currently sit empty. I suspect they will be Stage 1 of implementing the South Keys CDP once the Trillium Line is up and running to South Keys Station.

All their other projects are nicer than the one we're getting here... *sigh*
