Pick your 10most important projects for the USA

Please choose to your opinion what the 10 most important projects that need to be completed in this country. I am talking about projects that are in the latest stagest of the proposal process and earliest stages of the actually development process but are still on shaky ground. Here are mine;

NY: ARC Tunnel/Moynihan
LA: West Side Rail
NY: West Side Rail Yards
Dallas: Victory Park
Miami: Met Square
Atlanta: Belt-Line Transit
DC: Dulles Rail Extension
LA: LA Central
Boston: South Station Tower?
Detroit: Detroit Riverfront

Another one for ATL would be the Green Line in downtown with the crucial component of a new multi-modal transit station which would merge heavy rail, bus transit, commuter rail, and possible street car and light rail transit.

Here is a link of the project:

Could absolutely revitalize downtown all by itself but with momentum from other projects like GA State University growth along with tourist attractions at Centennial Olympic park, it's amazing what could happen in Atlanta.

Miami

1: The $1 billion dollar Port of Miami cargo tunnel currently U/C connecting the Port to the McCarthur Causeway / I-395 interstate bypassing downtown.

2: The $2 billion dollar Miami Intermodal Center currently U/C just east of Miami International Airport which will be a transit terminal for Amtrak, Tri-Rail, Metrorail, Airport people mover and any future HSR line. The facility is set to open in 2012.

3: The Florida Marlins ballpark currently U/C in Miami's Little Havana neighborhood set to open in 2012.

Any of these projects are more important than MET Square which will be a shopping/entertainment complex in the heart of the CBD.

Thanks for the info on the first 2. Just looked them up. They look like very interesting projects.

I'm gonna assemble my list right now.

There are places outside NYC you know? Oh wait, you got banned.

Anyway, I am very excited about the Detroit River Front project.
