Aerolineas Argentinas adds a new Embraer to the Austral fleet

Aerolíneas Argentinas received today a new Embraer E-190 ERJ (Embraer Regional Jet) aircraft to add to the Austral Lineas Aereas fleet.

The new airplane-2013 model -, recently assembled in the plant that Embraer has in San José Dos Campos (São Paulo), was ordered to Empresa Brasileira de Aeronautics S.A. the third in importance in the construction of commercial aircraft in the world, behind Boeing and Airbus.

According to the Business Plan of 2010 / 2014, which provided for the renewal of all the company fleet, another E-190 will be incorporated next month and in this way the Austral fleet will own 22 next-generation aircraft. It should be remembered that the first twenty Embraer were received from September 2010 to September 2011, being the addition of aircraft by Aerolineas Argentinas, the most important in volume and time since the 1970s when it acquired twelve Boeing 737/200, which were delivered at the end of four years.

The E-190 is ideal to fly routes in within the country and the region since it has a range of 4,400 kilometers (2,400 nautical miles) and a configuration of 8 seats in business class and 88 in economy, which optimizes the coefficients of occupancy on flights. It has on board entertainment through individual video screens, and a “Pitch” (distance between seats) greater than any other aircraft of its kind...

Product of a poorly managed, and maintained deficit for all argentines with 3 million per day. A pity.

As a joke !!

The true story of one of the planes that are advertised as new in Argentina. The other stories are similar.

First Aerolíneas Argentinas Airbus 330 en route to paint

On internet you can know almost everything, thanks to pages that talk about a lot of things.

Among them is one called http://www.skyliner-aviation.de/ and recording that goes for each airline tickets in the world.

And aeropuertosarg forum found that it appeared a day ago this record

Airbus A330 -223 358 LV- Aerolineas Argentinas 26apr13 ferried LDE-LPBJ, EI-reg prior delivery ex EI-CXF
This means that the Airbus 330 with serial number 358 is on its way to its new operator, which is Aerolineas Argentinas.

And with that old record enrollment, EI-CXF Irish or serial number, put them in Airsfleet.es and we know who was the plane in his life.

Operators of the aircraft

Deadline Airline Enrollment Observation
29/09/2000 Air Afrique TU-TAX lsd ILFC Correct
28/02/2002 Calliope EI-CXF Correct
27/09/2002 Eurofly I-EEZA Stored 04/2009 Correct
12/05/2009 Atlas Jet TC-ETK Correct
02/06/2009 Saudi Arabian Airlines TC-ETK lsd from Atlas Jet Correct
09/07/2011 Atlas Jet TC-ETK Stored 07/2012 as EI-CXF (ILFC) Correct

http://www.airfleets.es/ficheapp/plane-a330-364.htm

In his record we can see that first flew in September 2000, so this year celebrates 13 years.

At present the fleet Aerolineas Argentinas has an average age of 11.2 years, with 340 Airbus 200 and 300 versions have 17.4. The Boeing 737 have 8.4 average.

That's why as the A330 come to replace some 340 lower this average age.

It would be the first of four. And assigned routes would Miami, Caracas and Bogota. Also when you are 4 would increase the frequency of Barcelona and Rome, and is rumored to retrieve routes to New York and Paris.

First livery

Third livery

Fourth livery

¿fifth livery?

and now!!! ¿¿NEW?? hahahahaha

Aerolíneas Argentinas: The terrible political-financial situation

Machine translation

http://www.clarin.com/edicion-impres...048095256.html

Accounts in red and complaints: Freaky accounting maneuvers of "La Campora" in Aerolíneas Argentinas

Note: La Cámpora is a political group created by the government to conduct and publicize government policy, are unable, and know nothing of economics, and occupy important positions in the country.

The payment of $ 46 million relating to debts of private management company Marsans Spanish - and despite the expropriation law requires it, no one tried to recover - ; forecasts for the possible payment of judgments in different documents show more hundred million dollars of difference ; credits without specifying millionaires values; unexplained "investments" for 145 million dollars, spending on " intangible assets " that insumieron 8 million ; debts passages that have already been collected but not yet used and that between 2010 and 2012 increased by $ 198 million , and a shocking liquidity crisis Austral would prevent you to pay your short-term debts : these are some of the strange accounting maneuvers that the NGO Accountants Forensic complaint on a report just be brought to justice , and the Clarin accessed exclusively.

The study, which was conducted by former expert of the Supreme Court Alfredo Popritkin , in collaboration with Quintino Dell'Elce , Christian PETUS and Santiago Solari is a forensic accounting report based on the last paper of the Auditor General Nation (AGN ) and balance sheets and accounting data published by airlines in a published - but - inaccessible on the website of the company document on 9 September. There, between pictures and text highlighting the supposed success of the management of Mariano Recalde at all levels , Southern asset and financial information Airlines and shows the years 2008-2012 , which are expressed in dollars and were never controlled by AGN .

To record and preserve this information, which could compromise several officials at the Justice Forensic Accountants styled an act before a notary public and a computer specialist to certify the authenticity of the data collected. Remember : three days ago , these pages were incorporated into an investigation being conducted by the federal judge Luis Rodriguez , which were already charged by the prosecutor Ramiro González Minister Julio de Vido , owner of Aerolineas Argentinas SA ( ARSA ) Mariano Recalde and Treasury solicitor , Angelina Abbona . Do the alleged crimes ? Abuse of authority, violation of the duties of public officials, embezzlement of public funds and concealment by emptying and controversial management of the company and other group Airlines ( Austral, Aerohandling , Jet Pack ) .

For starters, the report's authors point out that since it became public management, in 2009 , received state transfers Airlines by 14.454 million pesos - Clarin update this figure was 16,797,802,621 pesos - which never was " adequate accountability " to the point that since the AGN should " refrain from comment "for lack of minimum information to do so . After the discovery of the published data on the Internet, ask why , if the books and accounts through 2012 were complete , the company did not spread . And he answers: "It is obvious that the delay and concealment of information is part of a strategy to hinder the controls, avoid accountabilities and perhaps to facilitate the commission of fraud and irregularities."

Some numbers bottomless black hole and that the flag carrier became : the deficit was 932 million pesos in 2008 to 2,392 million in 2009 , 2,311,000 in 2010 and 2,449,000 in 2011. However, " published financial statements show false - so - successful companies , while hiding or do not reflect the significant financial assistance from the Federal Government, or the economic situation resulting from the transfers . It has sought to expose third parties ARSA receives investment from shareholders happy , show an appearance of prosperity that does not actually exist .

"The following are the main " irregular transactions and suspected fraud , likely to be properly investigated " in the report is in the hands of Judge Rodriguez : Between 2009 and 2012 , airlines canceled 46 million dollar bankruptcy debts relating to the management private . This amount , as well as other liabilities , must be recovered , according to the guidelines of the legal rules set out the expropriation .

In 2010, the " forecast judgments " in ARSA , 260 million, could not be validated. But the balance published online exposes "forecasts " for 135 million dollars: there is a strong discrepancy of values.

Between 2009 and 2012, 132 million pesos were added to the account " other receivables " . Is usually identified with that name a small and irrelevant items. But when it comes to these magnitudes is essential to explain how concepts relate to who has delivered such a sum of money or asset.

In 2012 ARSA made "investments" for 145 million dollars , the operation should be revised , as in the case of loans to income money , seems to be the most appropriate use , if you consider that the company also exposes a balance of " available" for an additional $ 120 million . What private company that is funded by public support, a resource- scarce country can maintain unapplied funds to the specific activity by 265 million ?

In 2012 it acquired Airlines 'intangible' assets by $ 8 million . What reasons can lead to a company that is facing a serious financial and economic crisis to " invest" in or ethereal intangible assets, whose justification is not known ?

Between 2010 and 2012 , the amount of unused passages debt rose by $ 198 million . "It's too big a number. A part may correspond to passengers who buy tickets in advance , but may extended passages without due consideration should also be included . "

Austral has " an enormous and disproportionate debt to banks and also financial institutions , which produced a dangerous impact on short-term finance , going to have a very tight liquidity , 096 in 2010 - a usual rate at which normal is above one-on an unsustainable situation (0.23 and 0.25 ) in 2011 and 2012.

Forensic accountants also suggests the judge to order a dozen concrete steps to clear the fog that envelops numbers Airlines and its subsidiaries. Books , government documents , corporate reports and other skills are requested .

Popritkin warns that "since they have undertaken the current authorities , no detailed inventories were performed , as required by the Commercial Code , which facilitates the disappearance of all the goods and assets or liabilities aggregating not correspond to the the companies assume or take over "and concludes: " . managing ARSA has been ruinous deficit and also not have any prospect of improvement.

All financial indicators are dismal .

Heritage is negativo.Año throws heavy losses after year , which accumulates without limit. The insolvent company requires , by law, compulsory liquidation warns - as - AGN , but has not done so despite the accusations made by the auditor.

ARSA does not stand alone . If public aid would hinder , for some reason, or if you modify the policy , run serious risk the continuity of the company. "

The general auditor of the AGN Alejandro Nieva, Hound of the faint traces that allows tracking Airlines , explains the results of the work of his team: " . According to the requirements of the Corporations Act , the company is in liquidation status " Other specialist numbers the company is the radical senator Gerardo Morales, who in October also filed a complaint with the judge Rodriguez: " since the state took control of airlines in respect of old unpaid taxes foregone and other liabilities were assumed 890 million, which should be claimed from Marsans ( the Spanish company that the state expropriated the signature). The Executive should have taken all the necessary measures and within their power , not only to bring criminal charges against officials Marsans, but also to recover the assets affected by poor management. However, since then did not take any steps forward , "says Morales Clarin .

" Now are De Vido , Recalde and his team who must account for their inaction." Meanwhile, silver is still going nowhere . And do not go by train, plane leaves .

Two irregular and mysterious airlines, which must be cleaned

Civil society is concerned about the irregular and mysterious workings of Aerolineas Argentinas and Austral two poorly managed companies that are costing the country a fortune . What's worse is that after four years of expropriation , are not being sanitized . On the contrary , more and have more expenses and more losses. The main indicators are very bad . The risk of a new crisis is latent .

An important issue is to know what is done with the money provided by the state, which already exceeded 15,000 million pesos : where it goes , what is the actual destination . We say that because it has been a constant retaceo and information hiding . Full balances are not known, the General Audit Office made many objections to the management and everything is suspect. Managers are held accountable for money received , but do not.

The few known evidence raised fears the possible existence of fraud and manipulation of balances.

Only a judge and independent experts, with all the evidence , may conduct an investigation to sort things out and say whether or not these are confirmed irregularities .

It is time to order. Be managed efficiently, as any business enterprise , make it profitable , or at least minimize losses. And of course, any fraudulent action must eradicate .

A detailed overview of this report is on the website of our organization: contadoresforenses.blogspot.com.ar .

There is no longer time. The company workers and civil society demand for sound management .
