Where can I find the busiest plazas in Chicago?

I'm looking for some busy plaza's (public or private) to potentially assist with an event, and I've already compiled a list. If you disagree with any information, or if you have any additional ideas, please let me know.

Also, this is an event that would appeal primarily to young people between the ages of 21 and 40, if you catch my drift. So, while I included Navy Pier, it may be too "family" oriented. The more pedestrian traffic, the better.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

- Daley Plaza (heavy tourist & business traffic)

- 401 N Michigan (heavy tourist & business traffic)

- Trump Tower (moderate tourist & business traffic)

- Willis Tower (moderate tourist & heavy business traffic)

- 515 N State St (moderate business, residential, and tourist traffic)

- Tribune Tower (heavy tourist & business traffic)

- Prudential Plaza (moderate business traffic)

- John Hancock Building (heavy tourist , residential, & business traffic)

- 311 S Wacker (next to Willis) (light tourist & heavy business traffic)

- AMA Plaza (Former IBM Building) (moderate tourist & business traffic)

- River Plaza (next to Trump) (light business, tourist, & residential traffic)

- AON Center (moderate business traffic)

- 400 N McClurg Ct. (near Chicago River Canon)(moderate residential traffic & light tourist & business traffic )

- Lake Point Tower Condominium (next to Navy Pier) (moderate residential & tourist traffic

- Thompson Center (heavy business with some tourist traffic)

- Navy Pier (heavy tourist traffic)

- One Financial Place Plaza (heavy business traffic)

- Chase Tower Plaza (heavy business traffic)

- The Art Institute (heavy business & student traffic - Primarily around noon)

- Millenium Park (Park District)( heavy tourist traffic )

- Congress Plaza (Park District) (light to moderate tourist & student traffic)

- Lake Shore East Park (Park District) (light residential traffic)

- Other Grant Park locations (Park District) (light to heavy tourist traffic)

- Chicago Riverwalk (Park District)(moderate tourist traffic, light business &
residential traffic)

- River Esplanade Park (Park District - Water Arc) (light residential & tourist traffic)

- River East Promenade (Park District or Private?)(light tourist traffic)

- Chicago Water Tower Plaza (heavy tourist, residential & business traffic)

- Public Sidewalk in front of 401 N Michigan (heavy tourist & business traffic)

- Public Sidewalk in front of Wrigley Building (heavy tourist & business traffic)

What about Riverside Plaza? Mainly a business crowd but packed to the gills at lunch time from Boeing down to Union Station.

It's a mix of hungry corporates and streams of suburban idiots.

If I were to choose a location blindly (not knowing the event and based on what you mentioned), I'd choose 205 N Michigan over any of the options above. Younger crowd and tons of foot traffic going into the pedway. This is already a popular spot for food trucks and free giveaways.

Sweet! Both of these are really good ideas. Riverside plaza, I have not been to yet. I should check it out soon, in person. 205, we've worked with before, and they're pretty cool. We haven't done any projects on their property, but we've worked with them nearby. So, we were responsible for informing them.
