Property update c/o hindesky on HAIF

Quote:
I saw a crew with a skid steer spreading rock so of course I had to stop and ask questions. Turns out it is used for parking for patrons of the [various] clubs and restaurants in the area. They are spreading the rock around a portion of the lot because it gets so muddy after it rains. The guy on the cell phone says he does work for Jonathan Farb occasionally. He confirmed it will eventually be the building in @Paco Jones renderings. Said they might start in about 1 year probably after they finish the Malone Square apartment project.
