I love that train station. I really need a big metal shed (30x40) so that i can set all of my stuff up like i want. I also need to invest in more of the 9v track. I only have about 20ft of it.

I have a two of my most colorful tall buildings on display at the Henry Ford Museum until January 6, 2013 as part of a Michigan LEGO Train Club layout.
By the way, LEGO architect Adam Reed Tucker has his "Towering Ambition" exhibit at the Henry Ford now as well. Most of his skyscrapers are not very colorful; they are almost all light gray.

I always admired how well you blend the colors of your buildings' facades. Also the amount of detail you put into your models is astounding; considering the fact that almost no one would have argued had you opted for less given the cost of building so large!
I saw the San Diego Lego train club layout today... There is some cool stuff but that is better
Thanks, but in case it is against forum rules, we should refrain from LEGO city vs. LEGO city discussions.

Thanks!
Both of the large buildings have been rebuilt at least once and I usually add more detail when I rebuild them. I would hate to have a 1:50 scale building that has less detail than one of yours or Spencer's 1:650 scale buildings! That actually is not the driving factor; I simply want to improve my models since I have very little room to build new ones.

The real building is in the early stages of construction. Its luxury condo and penthouse units are intended for the top 1%.
"Olly" has built some other 1:650 scale building models inspired by Spencer's work. He has even built near-copies a couple of my smaller buildings in "minifig" scale.
