The bad with the good..... I liked the little Art Central block, it was a nice little retail corner spot, but Telus Sky is a total win. I'm just thankful that something really good is going in.

The writing is on the wall "step" with the arrow pointing upward. Telus sky has many setbacks (steps) moving upward!

Still no drills on site but the site has been totally leveled and all debris is gone. Should be seeing drills any day now

Looks like they may have started digging today. Could have just been dirt from the drills though.

Looks awesome. I was skeptical about the LED lights, but because they are smaller single stand alone units, I feel much better about them. I think they'll be much easier to maintain.

Those LEDs will really make this building pop out in the night time skyline...one thing I feel we don't have enough of is night time colour on the skyline.
