I don’t believe any hesitancy to be in crowds will last long. First, people were going out to bars and restaurants almost the entire time. People still wanted to socialize pandemic be damned. Second, people will want to get back to normal life and back to the things that we have missed out on. Sports, shows, music, food, entertainment, vacations, and people in general. While some people will want to live further out with more space(they likely always have), a lot of people will still either prefer having a small space and exploring outdoors and downtown areas. Third, we still have people moving here for lower cost of living, as things open back up and jobs are more available, I would guess the people who have dipped into their savings in other higher cost places will be looking even more at Phoenix.
