^ uhhhhh, you're a little late to the party.

this thing has been officially U/C since Bvic reported the first caisson drilling back on april 23rd.

scroll back several pages for all of the celebratory bananafication.

Note the coils on each side of the cage - O-Cell sacrificial load tester leads.

Guys are working late again tonight. Chicago Avenue is one giant ball of dust and mud. Love it

Koodoo has drawn a new appropriately scaled diagram of One Chicago reflecting the 969' height figure.

Love the updated diagram!

You can clearly see the difference between the beastly Sears and it's now 4 younger siblings as well as the second drop off to the Franklin Center down to NEMA (and beyond).

If the 950 footer in LSE gets built, we'll have 10+ in that tier (albeit a useless one haha)

You should see the mess these guys are making downtown. Chicago Ave is covered in mud all the way to the brown line. Not much they can do about that given the weather and volume of soil they are hauling.

I walked by here the other day and was somewhat less than impressed with their street sweeper operation that didn't so much pick up the dust and dirt as throw it around into my eyes/face.

For the diagrams, I always sort by roof height. So this is 6th tallest in the city to me.
