Capitol Condos Kingston

This has been covered locally in the Whig and other online sources recently, and there is a presentation on Ontario Street. Not sure if it'll go ahead, but would be cool if it did, since most of the high rises downtown are close to the water, and there's not much vertical density on the north side of Princess Street.

There has already been some opposition to this proposal, it's too tall or it's out of touch with the surrounding buildings, it doesn't blend with the fabric of Kingston's downtown (which is funny, because the 80's and 90's Condo towers by the Marina don't blend with the old stuff either).

Enjoy!
