This thread will graduate middle school this year.

Was this really proposed all the way back in ‘08?

The originally proposal was 2008, yes. This is a new developer and new proposal though. We just continued the thread for some reason.

just came up 76 and I was surprised at how much this is already visible at its current height. It is a major presence and its not even halfway up.

Since New Years they have stepped up the pace. Pouring a floor every third working day now. Preping the 22nd floor now to pour Monday.

I think they've recently been working on Saturdays, also, and working longer days. If that continues, we're talking 2 floors a week, and topping off some time in April. We'll see if they pour tomorrow, or if the recent Saturday(s) was just to make up for holidays.

They're pouring the core right now @ 5:35p. I bet they pour the floor tomorrow.

Wow, that is impressive progress the last 2 months. So if I'm counting right it looks like another 3 floors before the amenity level in the center, then on to the top floors. The cladding which has started is on the 5th floor.

#1-4 floors = the lobby/amenity space.
#5-25 floors = residences.
floor 26 = pool/lounge, etc.
#27-48 floors = residences.

yep, I was down there yesterday and they were indeed working. The hole facing sansom is pretty deep as well, I guess they are starting on that foundation work.

what holds the pre-fab glass panels on? I'm always amazed how quickly they're able to attach those.
