Wow, I love what I'm seeing! This should really help revitalize this area and bring vibrancy back to a magnificent urban courtyard! The landscaping, with that pool, really makes me feel like they're helping transform this into a usable public space. Now, if only Windsor station itself could be renovated for a new purpose, we'd have all of the pieces to this puzzle. I think it would be wonderful if they could bring shops to the bottom floors and renovate the office space to attract new tenants. Make it a really great public square! With all of the condos going up in the area, they'll be needing a grocery store, and certainly the Bell centre could use more sports bars in the area for people to go to after Habs games. A few restaurants, some services like a hair salon, and we'd be set.
