^^ I've noticed it for a little while.

Definitely some potential there with the nice brick exterior. Looks like it would be a big job to renovate though and that whole little strip it is on is dilapidated and brutal looking. Hopefully there's some interest brewing there to help further revitalize that area.

Yikes, its in worse condition then I thought. I should've said "formerly nice brick exterior".

Hopefully the city has gotten some interesting bids for it and someone restores it. The location is pretty solid at least.
