Pretty sure the top of the screen is about 161.5 metres when you see the side by side view with Jamieson. The mechanical roof looks around 155 metres.

Lol, Chad doesn't want to get his towers downgraded, that only happens in Toronto, right?

Karama Condos getting ready to Shadow Yonge street (165 meters, not quite taller than imaginary 170 meters, but taller than the official 162 meters, Lol!)

Yonge Street is gonna be a dark street, even on Sunny Days...

So I was taking pictures of YC Condos yesterday, and some guy comes up to me and ask me what is being built there. I told him "a condo" , he goes how big is it gonna be, and I pointed to the upper glass box on Aura and then I told him "big, about 200 meters, right around the glass box on that tower over there" and then he goes 'Is it gonna block out the sun?" and I go "Yup".

Naw, it was always 161.5 metres. Knew the whole roof height thing was a sham too.

The top of the mechanical box is the roof, at 170 meters. You big silly.

The top of the parapet which screens the cooling towers is 161.5 metres. Top of the mechanical penthouse is somewhere around 155 metres. Even if it the tower peaked at this 170 metres, how can you possibly factor a parapet into the roof height? I don't really care as my interests lean towards the very top of of the building but, that's downright sacrilegious to an apparent roof height aficionado.

Prove that the DP was revised to 170 metres. Until then, you're just making yourself look even more silly.

I'm looking forward to this tower. I think it's going to ad some nice variation to the Cores skyline, not only in materials but with the set-backs.
