Either way I hope a good retail or restaurant space occupies that first floor. WC could use some more eateries and shops, especially down 24th street.
I agree.. 24th Street should be an east/west hub of retail and restaurant almost like the Drag IMO.

This house was never demolished, I take it will become retail space once the building is done.

Took these last night on a walk around WC. It's going pretty nicely, but let's see if they stick to the deadline they got there:

Huge apologies for the size of the pics btw! New at this still

Some updates from a few days ago, the main thing being we now have a name. Meet (part of) the Villas on 24th:
villas vertical shot by foreverrushing, on Flickr

Full size here: https://imgur.com/LkCoU1P

Plus as seen by the last pic they have their website up, villason24th.com. Looks pretty swanky for a Wampus complex from the renderings.

Praise the lord we got some more dimension on the facades. I love those little angled window panels they’re adding! Maybe we can get some more west campus buildings to follow suit
That garage looks familiar lol is this the same architect as vesper?

The design reminds me of Amsterdam or Scandinavia. Absolutely love it!

The parking facade is also exactly like the Vesper lol. Which turned out pretty cool, if I could say anything positive about a parking podium screen.
