Your first pic is attached to my building. I'll be walking through it in about 3 minutes.

????

You know them? The place has not been used as the entrance to the Prison (Don's Palace) in centuries.

The second sentence is incomprehensible.

The only 2 that I know of in Montreal are at the Palais de Congrès (convention centre). One is large and connects the main exposition halls with the conference centre, the other is much smaller. They're also connected underground.

Instead, there are over 30 km's of underground city or RÉSO (-15's?) which are interconnected with about a dozen metro stations. Every major office complex, shopping centre, 5 universities, 3 train stations, bus terminals, Place des Arts, Bell centre, Olympic Stadium, National library etc. are plugged into the underground. I've been exploring down there for over 2 years and I still get lost and I still haven't seen half of it.

The one thing with the RÉSO comparing with P.A.T.H is that RÉSO's 32km of tunnels are disjointed. The P.A.T.H network is continuous and is at 27 km and currently about to expand with, Trump, B/A, Telus, RBC, MLS, and I think Shangri-La. If the P.A.T.H system were to include it's disconnected sisters at College Park, and Yorkville like the RÉSO does, it would be around 33km without the new connections that are u/c. P.A.T.H is 27 continuous km of foot travel, no subway/metro needed.
