I still have yet to see this in person since before the Australia trip. I'm anxious to do a check up on the Beltline now that I'm back.

Hey guys, long time viewer, first time poster. Let me say, I love all the information this forum has on Calgary developments. It is very fun to keep up to date on everything that is transpiring in this awesome city!

Looking at this picture, what is with the frosting on the left side of the windows with the EIFS. Is this a protective film or are the windows really going to look like that? The render shows them all being clear? If you look at the building from the south side, the frosting is there too but it is not even symmetrical - looks kind of weird.

I never noticed that before....my guess is it's just a bit of abstract patterning in the design.

Well the south side looks even worse... I cant imagine those frosted types are easy to see out of either (as a disclosure I purchased into this building over a year ago so I have been following it very closely). Luckily im on the north side.

I'm guessing that one wouldn't be able to see out through that at all. It looks like pieces of sapndrel. Hard to say without a closer look.

Mentioned this on the previous page. The interior layout/structure doesn't work with the exterior facade so the development team choose to use spandrel glass to hide what doesn't work instead of making it work. You can even see a concrete wall abutting the exact location the spandrel is being placed. Laziness and no care for the details.

^I love that angle on the Beltline. Imagine when Place 10 and 6th and 10th are done.
