MIAMI | Centro | 400 FT | 36 FL

One of my favorite buildings going up in Miami so I figure it could use a thread. What stands out about it is that it is going up in the old historic CBD rather than Brickell and it has no parking.

Building: Centro
Address: 151 SE 1st Street
Height: 400 feet
Floors: 36
Parking: 0

Project website has more updates at the bottom:

Thanks for the thread and nice to see it's progressing along. I guess those rumors of ancient Roman ruins on the site weren't true!

Guess buildings can rise pretty quickly when you don't have to worry about parking structures...

This one hasn't been updated in a while considering its one of my favorite projects going up right now (urban up to the street wall in the old historic CBD with 0 parking):

I really love that this building has no parking. I wish more buildings were like that

This is coming along nicely and some of these units will have some great views of the CBD| Brickell and Biscayne Bay without the high prices.

Hard to believe this project started less than a year ago & is almost topped out. We need about a dozen of these downtown.
