The Sansom is exactly what was needed. Nice low-key infill----this is what can make a city great! It doesn't always have to be spectacular or flashy.

Agreed. I definitely railed against it as a boring red brick box, but it looks great.

Also agreed that this situation is a rarity. Usually, you know with all the photoshop touches, the renderings look one way and the real thing is a disappointment.

This won't set the world on fire, but it's a nice little development from in Fishtown:
