Latest on this one is that the developer is not going ahead with the second tower at this point and will be requesting a one-year extension to the ‘must commence by’ February 2017 date.

I think things are finally starting again. I saw construction fence around the perimeter of the site and some digging has started.

It has most definitely started and it also has a new name if the mods could change it from Union Square II to Underwood Tower.
