Their Facebook page says they're pouring the 57th floor now. From what I can see on the construction cam, they're pouring the columns for it.

The 57th floor is at 615 feet 3 inches.

Austin is filling in nicely! I felt the skyline looked a little awkward once the boom added the first wave of towers but now it looks great! It could really use some sort of signature tower, something on par with the Frost Bank Tower. I don't think The Austonian quite lives up to that standard.

Austin currently has three signature buildings:

UT Tower, the Capitol Building, and Frost. You're right that it needs a fourth signature building taller than the latter. Of course, that requires some kind of decorative crown, but nothing in the current development pipeline fits that bill either. We've got some great filler, though: Proper is beautiful, Independent is quirky if not quite signature in my eyes, SXSW.HQ is beautiful, Zaza is great quality brick construction; the sad reality is that these are dwarfed in number by average or subpar buildings with 3rd+Shoal being exemplary.

I saw a building that looked just like this when I was in NYC. The glass may have been a little darker on it though, but it looked cool.
