Sounds like WAM development group is building a rental tower next to Mark on the West side. Does anyone know how high this rental project will be?

2 towers 20 & 35 storeys according to their website.

At least we get another 30+ story tower. Want to see the next level in height start to happen (40-50+ stories).

Nice progress. Between, this, and Aura II and now Karma starting up soon, that part of the Beltline is really hopping.

This one has the potential to be the nicest residential skyscraper (over 100 meters) in the province.
