An Atlanta real estate company is starting construction on a nine-story medical office building, the latest project rising in the Buckhead Village.
The Loudermilk Cos. is developing the 120,000-square-foot project at 371 East Paces Ferry Road, the first intown Atlanta medical office building to launch construction in several years.
The former Masquerade music venue could soon become new retail and restaurant space along Historic Fourth Ward Park and across from Ponce City Market.
Plans were filed Feb. 15 in Atlanta to begin interior and exterior demolition of the historic Excelsior Mill on North Avenue that once housed the Masquerade. Of course, the building (the only existing excelsior mill in Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Preservation Center), will not come down because it has historic protections.
It will become “The Mill Marketplace,” which will include 26,565 square feet of retail space, according to Coro Realty Advisors LLC. Coro is leasing the space.

It's strange. Post Millenium is taller than I thought it would be and NCR HQ is shorter than I thought it would be. I think they're at the 22nd floor now.

There's a relatively stark grade change between 14th to north Ave, which can make the heights deceiving. Edit: maybe not? but i feel like it's 100' difference or so.

I'm mainly referring to NCR's height compared to Modera...I know there's an elevation difference between Post and NCR, but compared to Modera, it isn't as impressive of a height as I thought it would be.
