Awesome. There was talk about adding a bunch of stories to the parking garage Is that idea still in play? And Is that green space on the roof of the parking garage going to be open to the public? Theres some killer views up there of Center City.

I got shooed out of there a while back(tight security-with IRS facility next door). while taking some photos.

From my understanding the green roof will be open to the public. Also the garage is only adding one additional which is the green roof.

Awesome pics MusicMan, thanks a ton!

In my opinion, the cladding is looking better than the rendering showed. It's looking good

Agree it actually deserves a better lot, its own stage to shine. the FMC Tower and the IRS building will crowd evo.

It's nice to see the cladding going up. I agree with others that the cladding is looking great on this one. How many more floors until this is topped out?

2 more and then it is topped out on the east side... then the building starts to slope backwards for another 3 floors in height towards the west side.

I imagine they may do the 3 story wedge in metal framing rather than concrete.

Facade panels are beautiful.

Yeah, agreed. Well, there will prob be one small floor in concrete for the amenities floor on the roof. There will be an indoor space with kitchen/bathrooms, etc, and then the rest of the roof will be outdoors for the pool. Then the crown will be 3 floors in height, probably formed out of steel. So really the building is 34 floors, with a 3 floor high crown.

Just from seeing the first 2 or 3 floors of the cladding, I'm liking this better than I thought. I think it's going to fit nicely in the middle of Cira Centre & The FMC Headquarters. Looking Good!
