How much available space there is in Telus Garden? I was under impression Telus itself and Amazon would be leasing most of the tower, not leaving a lot space for any other tenants.

The article indicates they might be consolidating in Vancouver.

And they did do a bunch of hiring last year right? Maybe they have multiple offices. Actually purchasing the building seems weird though.

Probably, if Telus is moving out of the building being sold.
