Is the core going to stay that wide all the way up? Or, will it narrow after it gets past the office floors? If they have separate elevators for offices and hotel rooms, it might not need to be as wide above the office floors. Just speculating, haven't heard anything on that.

The hotel floors are from floor 20 on up. They are constructing the 27th floor now. The core is still the same size.

You are correct. The 20 real or actual floor today above the lobby.Just like buildings skipping the 13th floor. This is related to cultural superstitions. In Vegas you will find this a common thing. Some buildings skip the 40s and 50s
