Alexan Uptown is now Under Construction

Alexan Uptown, a highrise currently listed in the SP Denver database as Proposed, as per the link below:

is now Under Construction as listed per the developers web page:

http://tcr.com/new_development/alexan-uptown/

and it states:

DATE CONSTRUCTION
STARTED
Dec '14

since the past tense is used here with STARTED…. groundbreaking has happened. The entire area has been completely fenced off:

http://denverinfill.com/blog/tag/alexan-uptown

and construction activity has been observed at the site.

Maybe it’s time for this project to be move to Under Construction?
