Here are two more Detroit buildings!
The first one is a commissioned work by Arthur Gugick. The Ferchill Group, a Cleveland based company, pumped $180 million to restore the ornate Book Cadillac hotel which had been abandoned since 1986. The Book Cadillac was the tallest hotel in the world when it opened in 1924 with 1136 guest rooms. The Ferchill Group presumably wanted to mark the reopening of this classic hotel by commissioning a LEGO replica.

The other is a building I made that will be displayed next to my Penobscot Buildings. It is a replica of the Peoples State Bank/Savoyard Center, designed in 1900 by Stanford White of McKim, Mead, and White - a prominent east-coast architectural firm during the gilded age.
