Une image agrandie du projet de Canderel au Square Phillips. Le zonage permet une hauteur similaire à PVM, espérons qu'un locataire principal se manifestera.

C'est présentement mon projet de bureaux préféré a Montréal. Imagine si cette patente commence a monter dans quelque mois, avec l'Altitude et peut-etre meme le Union Tower, Les alentours du square Phillips vont etre impréssionant!

it wasn't taken from the Champlain bridge it was taken from an apartment building along the highway

It looked like it was taken from a condo on Nun's Island.

I see they have the Tour Avenue des Canadiens posted on the Montreal 2025 site already, with construction to start in 2011.

L’îlot Voyageur sera camouflé

STEEVE DUGUAY/MÉTRO

Le gouvernement du Québec a décidé de camoufler une partie de l’îlot Voyageur à l’aide d’une toile sur laquelle seront imprimées des images de briques rouges et de fenêtres.

La toile sera fabriquée au coût de 60 000 $ selon ce que rapportait mardi le Journal de Montréal, et devrait être installée au cours des prochains jours.

Un porte-parole de la Société immobilière du Québec a indiqué que la toile permettra de recréer l’allure qu’aurait dû avoir l’îlot Voyageur s’il avait été terminé comme prévu.

La compagnie responsable de la conception de la toile a affirmé au quotidien qu’elle devrait demeurer en place pendant trois ans.

i tried to place them as much as i could.... some current towers cannot be viewed in the angle of the skyline... other buildings hide them! but clearly you can see a differene! I will post before and future skyline....so far....

Its actually 11 floors, the floor with the big gap is floor 2 and 3 combined.

No I don't doubt your render. It is the angle. Pity for the Marriott, our tallest current construction will have virtually no impact from certain angles.


That being said, can't wait for that CF tower!
