I'm curious how they managed to get the financial numbers to work for this project. Even besides the tiny gross floor area factor. I once worked on a project where we couldn't even put frit on the glass balconies because it would block the view and make the units less marketable. Kudos to the project team for taking risks. I also like the fact that they didn't buy up the entire block and put a generic-sized "podium" type building; we're losing the smaller grain of buildings too quickly.
