^50 sounds good boss, but if they're more well known I'll try listing them anyways. Bankview/South Calgary/Altadore prob have the most infill projects in the city u/c, most of which we'll never even come close to finding info on as they're smaller scale, but here are a few more well known on the go:

Einstein 1 - 51 units
Glas(21 units) which apparently just started construction
The Alexander (17 units) believe this is u/c now too.

According to the WAM site the 10th Ave project with have 450 units and 9th Ave will have 1800.

This thread really puts things into perspective. Look at what’s happening within a 2 or 3 block radius of the Coop.

Metropolitan- 430 units
Aura 2- 154 units
Aura 1- 158 units
Mark- 274 units
WAM on 10th - 450
WAM on 9th – 1800
West Village Towers - 584
Qualex across 10th from Coop - ?

4000+ units?

Some Mission:

Tela (started site prep) - 51
District (u/c) - 59
The River - 39
Mission34 - 47
Torode's project on 17th av and centre st ~50 units
I believe Tribecca was almost 100 units but now complete. Good boost for the area though.

one suggestion, can we add estimated completion year along with project? that way we can track how many units come to the market every year.

The Safeway is way busier but once these are up, it'll be the same long lineups...

Good thing there are a few new grocery stores planned around downtown to accommodate this

Anyone know what they're building on 11th Ave, close to the Beltline Co-op? Looks like a mega complex to me.

Ya, it looks massive already. It's called Metropolitan, 13 floors and ~435units.

Thanks! Looks to be residential according to SSP. I wonder if it'll anchor a major retail chain (grocery?).

Iirc mostly retail at grade, prob smaller bays. I don't think these are properly configured for anchors.

There’s a grocery store planed for the podium of West Village Towers (not in West Village) on the other side of the tracks, on the old Stampede Pontiac site.

Keep it going Beltline! Would be a good density boost to see a mega project get going in The Beltline. Now that First South is dead, think it's time for a 4-5 tower mixed-use development there.
