What building is this?

This tower / pair of towers has a fascinating design. But I can't find any other photos of it. I've tried using TinEye's reverse-image-search, and this is the only website with this photo ... and the Chinese-to-English Google-translation doesn't help me much, either.

For all I know, it's CG. Have any of y'all seen this before?

Lippo Centre is wonderful. Paul Rudolph was a very under-rated architect.
