The cranes are noticeably higher today. They are way above the highest completed floor now.

What building do you think is raggedy?

The raggedy building is Cira Center Evo, which I personally think is the biggest eyesore in Philly

I'm not too impressed with EVO either. The glass color doesn't match the rest of the CIRA complex. And you have to love that architectural random window placement.

Goes against the Cira "crystals growing out of the embankment" vibe. Looks more like a grounded Star Destroyer from the new Star Wars movie. I liked the earlier render for that site much better.

Me too actually. With the slant towards Cira Green / FMC.

Although, I imagine that roof top pool is very nice for the residents..

I'd have been content if they had just clad it in reflective glass, rather then the "it has the pox" stuff.

The concrete pump is definitely moving around this afternoon on the webcam. Going up?

The glass is somewhat reflective although not as much as Cira or FMC. In that picture above it is cloudy but on a clear and sunny day the glass makes Evo stand out and "pop" a lot more in my opinion.

Also, being that it is student housing the quality is obviously not going to be on par with FMC or Cira. Evo will blend in a lot better once it's put in context with a completed FMC tower and possibly Cira II.

Same here, loved the original rendering, this doesn't even look complete and takes away slightly in my opinion from the other two (hopefully three) beautiful towers.

I agree as well but it's still a nice building. It's the off-colored exterior of the garage that's the problem. If you look at the original renderings, the garage's skin matches the glass of the adjacent buildings and it looks good. That's not how it turned out.

Great shots, summers. Somehow, the sunset was unreal yesterday. I was driving through city to 76 to head out to the suburbs and it was amazing.

Yeah I can honestly say I don't know if I've ever seen a brighter orange sky than I did in the evening yesterday. It was crazy.
