November 17, 2014
NEW YORK CITY – The 541-meter (1,776-foot) One World Trade Center has now become the world’s third-tallest building, according to the height criteria set by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH). One World Trade Center now ranks only behind the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, UAE (828 meters) and the Makkah Royal Clock Tower in Mecca, Saudi Arabia (601 meters) in the tallest building stakes.
