Construction fencing up at the IMD Gateway proposal site. No equipment yet.

Old Malcolm X coming down.

Van Buren Tower is moving right along.

Tower crane going up at the Sterling Bay Fulton West office project.

The West side is on fire. Projects all up and down Ogden.

I kinda like the existing building... Just needed to be maintained a little better. It was clear that the residents could not or would not pay the assessments needed to keep up the building.

The mix of independent businesses in the building was also good for the neighborhood, since the building was built in an era before chains came to dominate.

That said, I welcome additional density with fewer parking spaces here...
