Having grown up here, it was fascinating seeing this albeit short clip. Knowing how completely dead & irrelevant much of downtown has become (with the opening of the Lakeview Sq mall in the 80's and other large big box centers in the outskirts of town), it's hard to imagine that this was once the center of everything for this medium sized city:
