nextstl.com

it's over 10 stories, but it's hospital expansion, but apparently it's still in demolition phase. i believe the cranes are for a 6 story medical research building, and a 6 story mixed use whole foods/apartment project, so no dice.

In that case, there are two additional 11-story buildings going up in Minneapolis:

- The Bridges (130' -10" from plans) will wrap up this summer
- WaHu will finish next year

In suburban Eden Prairie:

- Optum Health Tower - 15 floors, almost topped out, should finish next year

In Bloomington:

- JW Marriott Hotel at the Mall of America - 14 floors, just started a few weeks ago

In Edina:

- One Southdale Place - 10 floors (123'-7" from plans), topped out, should finish late this year

Today's webcam showing the construction of the 30-story 4Marq apartments on the left, the 9-story Xcel Energy HQ expansion on the right, and the nearly-completed 27-story Nic Apartments in the back on the same block. (Penthouses of the Nic rent for a cool $9,000 per month):

I'm glad the Maurices building has been brought up here, I've been gathering updates weekly. Here's my album, dating back to November of last year:
