I only started loving the urban city living a couple years ago, but honestly think condo towers like these Insignia ones are going to draw a lot more people to search our housing in downtown Seattle. I mean, a 98 walking score, and what a cool terrace! http://www.urbanash.com/insignia-condo-belltown-towers/
It'd be pretty hard for me to go looking for another house in the suburbs when they are putting up condominiums like these!
