This contrasts with projects like Dcondo which will supposedly be done at the same time as 300 Assiniboine despite the fact that the latter is 23 stories high and the former is below ground level right now. The website for 300 has been recently update with floor plans.
Haha, great way to put the D-Condo's occupancy date in perspective.

Yeah, 300 Assinniboine was always a 2016 date. So looks like they're on target for that.

I doubt its that hard for someone with experience to know how long it will take to build a building +/- a couple months. It is hard for developers who rely on pre-sales as part of their business model to tell the truth.

Once financing was approved, I'd assume things would go rather smoothly for them. Pending any hangups at City hall of course.

Just got back from a week away. The potties are now on the 24th floor, but no walls of the 24th... yet.

Hey man, don't worry about it. Sometimes I view things lying in bed and this post would be perfect.

^ That's a pretty flattering angle of Heritage Landing.

I like looking out my kitchen window and seeng it rising in the distance... not a landmark building but it still has some skyline presence.

Here it is right way around:

I don't know what you did in the first place so I can't help you fix it. I hope you don't mind that I stuck it on imgur.

That actually is a great angle, doesn't seem so concrete bland there with all that glass

this building makes me smile...it is not a bad building but it could really not have been designed to fit winnipeg's existing skyline any more seamlessly....most people that see it have no idea its a new building....looks like its been there for 40 years.

I do like it from the ground.

Yes it is definitely of the local vernacular. I like the triplet windows that look like exclamation points running up the building.

I can't decide if this is a good or bad thing.

I don't necessarily think it's good or bad... I think the rather plain style of lots of towers here have aged pretty well all things considered... so that's a plus.

It's unfortunate though that I think the most unflattering view of the building is the one you see driving over the bridge, but it's a pretty nice looking tower.
