If 1138 Peachtree and SLS both happen, which property do you think Selig would be more likely to develop first: the block it shares with SLS or 1125 Peachtree?

Looks like SLS goes before NPU-E this month for the dev rights transfer.

Not much detail as to what they plan on building, but one cute detail. No clue if it's accurate or if I can read site plans:
Green Roof @ 957'-0"

And they also have [REDACTED] and RESIDENCES, assuming that's still SLS ATLANTA.

Complete speculation here, but I saw where Tin Lizzy's is moving to the old Princi space. Could something be happening on that corner as well?

I’m super stoked they are developing the lot across from the Mark. Will be nice to have something on the other side of the ugly ass Standard.

Do you mean University House? The Standard is further down Spring.

Midtown has been on fire for a while, and it just keeps getting hotter.
I could be wrong, but I doubt it will include the gas station. If you look at property records, the three parcels on the southern portion of the block along Peachtree Pl are all owned by the same entity. This includes the buildings with Opium, Alibi, and Aurum Lounge. These three parcels would be my guess of where the tower would go.

If plan is for 46 floor building then floors would have to be about 20 feet thick for 957' roof.

957ft is probably an absolute elevation. Midtown ground elevation ranges from 738ft to over 1050ft.

Or the green roof referenced is not at the top of the tower but on the top of the adjacent parking/amenities building as shown in the rendering.

- 1230 W Peachtree project is going to be a 40-story mixed-use project.
- Plans for 1138 Peachtree 46-story tower are alive again and appear to be moving forward. This is HUGE news with the recent activity with the SLS hotel across the street.
Is anyone planning to attend this meeting tomorrow? Can't wait to hear more!
