What are you eating ?

Eating is one of the life's pleasure.

So, what are you eating ?

Take a picture or find it on internet.
You can also write it. It's up to you.

-------------

For supper I had ''Pain doré''. I think it's just called ''French toast'' in english.

And for sure, I poured a little bit of maple syrup on it

Here's the result :

I thought French toast was "pain perdu" en français??

I like mine with maple syrup but I also put some vanilla, nutmeg and cinammon in with the eggs and cream before I soak the bread. It's yummy!

There is some threads with nothing to do with it and nobodies are complaining ( per example cars )...

If it is forbidden, someone should tell us.

You can choose a bunch of different sauces - that one is probably BBQ.

BTW, Franks...

A Mennonite ex in Manitoba showed me a breakfast recipe you'd probably like. Basically, you whip eggs like you're going to scramble them... but then add about 1/2 a cup of flower for every 3 eggs. Mix THAT all together, and fry that instead. It makes a heavier, richer, pancake-like form of scrambled eggs. Then have maple syrup on it. It's really good!

I don't know if anyone else has tried this, but corn syrup is really good on french toast.

For lunch I ate lean chicken breasts, with lightly seasoned (with garlic and herbs) broccoli and carrots.

If I get hungry before supper I'll blend a mixture of fruits with some kale, perhaps flax seeds and unsalted almonds. Fortunately, I have a 1200 watt blender. Even the seeds get destroyed!

Sounds pretentious. Teasing. This is why I have breasts and you don't.

My brunch today...chopped up russet potatoes fried with onions, hot Italian sausage, and bacon, with some parsley. Plus a couple Belgian waffles with strawberry jam.
