There is a planned medical hub within the eQuinelle community in Kemptville. One building is already complete and a second one is planned.

Too bad it won't do anything to change the horrifically car-centric nature of eQuinelle. Not just eQuinelle... Kemptville is one of the most disgustingly car-oriented exurbs in all of Canada. Even Rockland is doing way better than them at planning.
