Saatchi & Saatchi to put Dallas office at new McKinney & Olive tower
Candace Carlisle
October 6, 2015

Quote:
"The rumor is that Saatchi & Saatchi are going to take a sizable amount of square footage at McKinney and Olive," John Crawford, president and CEO of Downtown Dallas Inc., an advocacy group for Dallas' urban core, told the Dallas Business Journal at the tower's topping out ceremony on Tuesday.
Quote:
If Saatchi LA and Team One sign a lease for 60,000 square feet, the space could accommodate nearly 250 workers. The firm previously said the new agency office is expected to open in late 2016 or early 2017.

It's a shame this couldn't be 5-10 stories taller. It really is a nice design.
