No work yet, but I see that they have at least moved it . It looks like a few extra construction materials have arrived also.

They have started drilling the piling holes. Hopefully the snow won't slow them down!

Qualex-Landmark is going full bore. They now have three caisson drills working onsite. I think they will be digging before First.

Wow, that was quick! I didn't take them long to get those piles in there, and it didn't take them long to get the pile drivers off site. They were still there yesterday.

I think they want this building to start to rise to increase sales, before 6th and Tenth and maybe Astoria get going.

The site is soggy but they are on a bit higher ground away from the river so they got missed by the river going over its banks.
