Four Seasons directly across the street. Everyone within its vicinity seems to be in shock/awe/incredulous of it being there.
I have encountered no other building in Manhattan, even the Empire State, that seems to have this effect

I notice that, but I see more of it at 10 Hudson Yards. People are in awe of that. Probably has more to do with location.
The more I see the reveal of the top (still awaiting the mechanical floors), the more I like it the way it is.
